O.K. have you ever watched a video on a video sharing site and wanted to have it on your iPod or cell phone but can’t get it off of the internet, well here’s how . First you really need Firefox when you have it or already have it go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 and install downloadhelper. when it’s installed go to your favorite video sharing site and right click off of the video, in the menu go to downloadhelper and select the video from the list it will most likly be the first file and a flv video and save it. Now you can convert it to the format you need.
